Place your 3D model on the real site and render it in its real surroundings

6PS Architect is a browser tool that places your 3D model on a real address in photorealistic 3D and turns that view into a realistic AI render of the building in its actual surroundings. Search the address, drop in a GLB, FBX, OBJ or STL file, check the setbacks to the plot boundary, and render. Nothing to install, and the free plan is enough to try it.

How it works

  1. Find the site

Search any address or place and view it on a 2D map or in photorealistic 3D with the surrounding buildings and terrain. In Slovenia, the Netherlands and Belgium you can load cadastral parcels to pick the exact plot.

  2. Place your model

Upload your building as glTF/GLB, FBX, OBJ or STL. Move it, rotate it (heading, pitch, roll), scale it to a real-world height and set its height offset. Precision mode allows centimetre-level placement.

  3. Check it on the plot

See the model’s width, depth and height, its setback from each side to the plot boundary, and measure any distance between two points. Clear existing buildings and replace them with grass, paving, gravel, trees or your own site model.

  4. Render it for real

Capture the view and let AI turn it into a photorealistic render of the planned building in its real surroundings. Guide the result with reference images and color references, choose Nano Banana Pro or Seedream 5.0 Pro, and upscale the final image.

How do I show a planned building on the real site?

Open 6PS Architect, search the address, and upload your 3D model. Position, rotate and scale it on the photorealistic 3D view of the site, and the building appears among its real neighbours, terrain and streets. From there you can capture the view or render it.

Can AI render my 3D model with a real background?

Yes. Architect captures your model placed on the real site, so the background is the actual location rather than a stock photo or an empty grey scene. The AI then turns that capture into a photorealistic image while keeping the building and its surroundings where they are.

Do I need Lumion, Twinmotion or a powerful computer?

No. Architect runs in the browser and the rendering happens in the cloud, so a regular laptop is enough. You only need the 3D model file itself, exported from Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender or any tool that writes FBX, OBJ, GLB or STL.

Can I check setbacks to the plot boundary?

Yes, where cadastral parcels are available (Slovenia, the Netherlands and Belgium). Select the plot and Architect shows the distance from each side of your model to the parcel boundary, along with the model’s width, depth and height.

What is it useful for?

Feasibility studies, early design reviews, permit and planning presentations, and showing clients or neighbours what a project will look like in its real context before it is built.

Is it free?

There is a free plan with 80 AI tokens and 3 GB of storage, enough to place a model and try rendering. Paid plans start at €6.80 per month and add AI tokens, storage and private models.

Architect compared with the usual workflow

The common way to show a building in context is a desktop render engine plus a screenshot or photo of the site, combined by hand. Architect does the placing and the rendering in one place.

Usual workflow6PS Architect
Site contextScreenshot from a map service or own photo, matched by handReal photorealistic 3D of the address, model placed in it
SoftwareDesktop render engine (e.g. Lumion, Twinmotion) and photo editingWeb browser only

Desktop engines still give the most control for final competition-grade visuals. Architect is built for the fast, early and frequent “how does it look on the site” question.

Who uses it

  • Architects checking massing and context early in the design
  • Urban planners and municipalities reviewing proposals on the real site
  • Developers preparing feasibility studies and investor presentations
  • Anyone explaining a planned building to clients, neighbours or a planning office
